This application will be given immediate consideration and every effort will be made to accommodate you. Please note, however that NO RESERVATION IS VALID until payment confirmation is received. A confirmed reservation will guarantee a space but does not guarantee a specific slip or location. NO REFUNDS ON EARLY DEPARTURES OR LATE ARRIVALS.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Daily and weekly reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the arrival date for a full refund..
Monthly and seasonal reservations must be cancelled 15 days prior of the arrival date.
Failure to cancel reservations will result in a 50% charge of deposit.
